I dont understand where i need to go to place this code:

session_start(); ?>
ftp will not let me make changes.
I went into my godaddy hosting file and I can't find wp-login.php
i'm trying to instal pie register and they say i need to place this code in first. but they don't tell you how or where, i'm totally confused.

wp-login .php will be located in the directory you installed wordpress in.
Use your ftp client, or your file manager, and navigate to the directory where you installed wordpress.
wp-login.php is located in that directory.
