   I have recurrent problems with my blog and I don't know how to fix them.
   Basically whenever I want to install a new plugin, WP gives me a first line saying it is decompressing and nothing else happens. If I upload the plugin to my server, it gives an Error 500 - Internal Server Error.
   The same happens when I write a new post - I get the 500 error, but the post appears on my blog.

   I can't figure out whether the problem is with my installation or with the template I am using (Modularity Lite).

   Please if you want to help me, I will pay for your time (but not much, considering I don't make a cent with this stupid blog!).
