   I am hoping there is a plugin since my client is not one to open files and add code (even if I explain how).

   He needs to exclude a post from the home page. Is there something in the Loop? a plugin? ....WordPress 2.0

   Is that post in a unique category (ie, is it the only one in a certain category)?

   Otherwise, if you know the post_id, you could probably just hack up a little php if at the top of the loop.
