   i am looking for theme has these properties

   - the main page is only for showing the hole topics also no description for each topic
   - when press on topice you will go to the topic content

   you mean like photo or just summary?

   just download any theme and change the_content() to the_excerpt() and it will show only the summary. And of course the full content is only shown when you click on the link.
