   I was advised to upgrade the Word Press, which I did. Then ever since
   I can't access the website.
   The following message appears:
   Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home/omerelh1/public_html/v1/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home/omerelh1/public_html/v1/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

   Can anyone help?

   Try uploading the core files again. Sounds like something didn't upload completely.

   Connect via FTP to your site, delete wp-includes and wp-admin folders and re-upload WordPress files.

   Thanks for your advice. It turned out that the upgrade wasn't compatible with the events calendar plugin.
   The plugin was deleted and the website is back to functioning.
