   I am pleased with this plugin as I can have certain pages of my site with limited access.

   I have one problem though. If a limited user tries to access a 'private' page of my site, there is no error message -- just gets to some weird page.

   Is there a way I can give him a custom error message?

   That's not a weird page - it's your site's 404 page.
