I am not seeing 2 headers but I see that the css is not working.
I looked at the source and the your wordpress is looking for the styles.css file in your root ie.- http://www.nacy-solend.com/styles.css
Make sure the css file is there or simply edit the theme you are using to point to the real location of the css file
I’d recommend switching to a different theme, your theme has MAJOR problems and would be a lot of work to fix. There are lots of nice themes available, and you can usually easily customize one to add your own header image and so forth.
vel my “The owner”, “navigation” ect is twise. I dont understanding what you saying about the css
The CSS file for most themes are located in the wp-content->theme->Yourtheme->stylesheet.css
Yours shows it pointing to http://www.yourwebsite.com/styles.css
instead of http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/yourtheme/syles.css
Your theme has magor issues and will take some looking at the code to do.. I can check it out and edit it for you but I need the theme zip you installed. e-mail me at justin@totalgraphicdesigns.com

I am using WordPress Classic now. I am just adding my wordpress blog to my homepage.
how do I get my blogg in center? still dont understand the ccs
well it looks like you are getting a little closer
Maybe you should read the documentations here on the WordPress website to get a better understanding of how the design and things works for a template
I dont find much usefull…
You either need to learn about things before you get yourself into them or have someone help you out( ME ) lol
People are not going to sit here and tell you 30 different ways on how to do the same thing.
Study up on Themes and how they work so you can get what you need done
go to design-theme editor. Then edit header.php and add this line in <HEAD></HEAD> tag:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/yourtheme/syles.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
Your site is ‘looking for’ a css in a diferent location, and the css isn’t there, so, it does not works (sorry for my english).
LOL I have tried to explain this last night
