I need help =(

So I have been messing with this really annoying project all day, I thought I had everything right, but then ran into a problem.

Here is the image I am having issues with , i uploaded the file to godaddy and it looks fine http://torturedtablet.com/tabletwithstatic.html

So I tried to put the same image on the home page of the site

http://www.TorturedTablet.com

Now I have these super annoying lines, I don’t know where I can edit these out or why they are there. It has something to do with my original guides for the individual images but I don’t see why they are not fitting together.

Any help is appreciated.

I used dreamweaver to create the file and the html code I input into my theme.
