   I have been looking all over for a plugin that can accomplish something similar to this:

   If you see the way I can toggle between different pages in a nice frame.

   My preference is for a wordpress plugin that does this pretty easily - or something close to this. Otherwise, the code that would accomplish this if that's possible.

   Please help!

   That looks like nothing more than a div that has a fixed height and scroll set to visible (or auto) in the CSS.
