i must be doing something wrong

good evening

I have been working on our site http://www.bml-llc.com and have set up section indexing and part of it is working but the page FAQ which is what it is really for appears not to be working.

A blank widget appears on sidebar but that is all.

Was looking for more detailed instruction on how to use but could not find any.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not a programer by business owner.
