   If I understand what it is, that's a great idea. Followed your link and I didn't see anything like a download link.

   Where would a person find this plugin?

   sorry, I'm toooooooo stupid.
   because UTW support emmbedded tags in the content like

   [tag]a[/tag]

   [tags]a,b,c[/tags]

   so that plugin is useless.
