   hello everyone

   Since there is a virus on my web site ..I deleted everything and then reinstall wordpress and then reloaded the backup of database.

   I can access admin panel but the home page is blank

   What version of WordPress were you running at the time of the backup? and what version did you install? Have you reviewed:

   The version was previous version , when i backuped the database.

   I installed the newest version of wordpress.

   so what should I do

   The database structure can change between versions and you often can't mix'n'match. You need to install the version of WordPress that you were using at the time of the backup. Once the site is up & running again, upgrade to the latest version of WordPress (3.3.1).
