I installed 3 plugins from zipped files, I can’t find them.

I can’t see them on my plugins page, I can’t de/activate them, but when I go to the official WP plugin page it says I have already downloaded the latest version. I tried creating another file name for them and uploading them but it said it didn’t have a valid header. What do I do? Please help XD
