   I inadvertently misdirected my dashboard and cannot access /wp-admin
   it redirects to the home page. I can't even log in.

   Can you help?

   What did you do to cause it? Did you change the URLs in Settings > General? If so, read this:

   http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

   If that's not what you did, please be more specific.

   That depends. How did you create the misdirect?

   I think I changed the setting in the site URL.

   Give this a read to change the site URL via editing files. This works without using the dashboard.

   Personally, I prefer editing the functions.php file myself.
