   Alright, so I was browsing the web, and I found a pretty cool feature on a website that I want to know if I can add on my blog.

   If you look at http://www.guilford.k12.nc.us/, I want to know if I can have a little flap in the upper left corner of my blog, http://www.teenagedmarketer.com.

   If this is possible, please let me know how to do it.

   It's a flash file, so you'd need to create the flash first. Once that is created, it can be uploaded to your theme, incorporated into header.php and styled/positioned using style.css.
