   i have wp2.8, before that I had 2.7.1 and it was all good, but i couldnt drag and drop, i was hoping it was a 2.7 issue with the widgets :) but it is not working still on 2.8, wonder what it could be :)

   My widgets were working fine until 2.7.1
   With 2.8, the dragging and dropping doesn't work at all...

   Anyone else facing this?

   Okay.. I figured my problem. WP-Ecommerce, it is. If only they'd test their product a bit before releasing a new "stable" version every other day.

   i am guessing that is a plugin? cause i dont have that.

   it was ajax spellchecker!

   In my case it was the RSS Icon Widget plugin.
