I am being redirected as I have the wrong path statement entered. When I log in, WP reads the path and takes me away (redirects) to another site. Where may I find the php file so that I may manually change the path statement?

You should never try to edit core WordPress files. What is your site url? And what is the url you are being re-directed to?

In the admin under Settings, you can enter the path or WP website URL. Where can change this? I have both a dot com and dot org. The dot com is redirecting to the dot org.

If you have an issue with a wordpress.com site, please try asking your question on http://en.forums.wordpress.com/

I am hosting this - not using WP.com. The settings says, "WordPress address (URL)" I need to change that path statement.

    Ah_ I thought you meant you had a self-hosted install (wordpress.org) and a wordpress.com site. See Changing_The_Site_URL.

I fixed by means of editing the database. Thank you esmi for your assistance.
