I have TEC and ECPro and Event Rocket, shortcodes are not working

    Installed TEC and then found your Event Rocket plugin to offer shortcodes. Installed the plugin and shortcodes did not work. I realised then I needed to purchase ECPro, which I did. However the shortcodes still aren’t working.

    All I see is a blank white space.

    Can you help?

    Trying to get it to work on http://www.teessidehigh.co.uk

    In particular the Calendar shortcode.

    Sorry it’s not working for you.

    Can you tell me where exactly you are trying to use it? What happens when you do try to use it – does it simply display the shortcode without the calendar widget appearing?

    Nothing at all appears. Not even the shortcode text.

    It seems that none of the additional widgets works. Only the Event_Embed widget.

    I’m trying to use it on the main page.

    OK. So it looks like the content on your front page is made up mainly of post excerpts (short summaries that lead in to the main post/article, etc) … are you trying to make it work within one of those areas?

    If not, can you provide me with a little more direction?

    I have tried using in three different areas –

    The first in a content block, within the main content.

    The second as a widget on the footer

    the Third as a new post completely

    All of them show only a blank white space.

    Are shortcodes working generally? Ones provided by WordPress/other plugins, etc?
