   I have had this blog up and running for a while now. I never new we could do this. I always wondered what people thought about my site. I never get comments from my visitors. Will some one please review when you get a chance? http://www.XpectMoreBizSolutions.com

   Good white space, easy to read. Wish the post area was wider with less room for the sidebar (or is it two sidebars).

   nice clean layout, but a couple of things, posts are long might want to consider using the <!-- more --> tag or the excerpt to break it into smaller, more easily digestible chunks, first page should be an attention getter, here are my posts, scrolling though 15 paragraphs of content to see the next post can be frustrating.

   also, a couple of layout issues, this is my opinion not standards etc. just aesthetics, your two sidebars do not line up at the top of your page, just below the header, might need to add/increase the margin on the right hand box, and below the the two strips below your right hand box, look a little off to me, mainly because the one on the right has a wider white space area between it and the page margin compared to the top box.
