   i have in the bottom on my site "Older Entries" an i want Be written numbers Something like this 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10->>
   how can i do it???

   The numbers are links to the older posts.

   Probably i dont explained well.

   in Every page I Display 3 Posts and Under this There is a button to the old posts "Older Entries".
   i have 1000 posts, 330 pages 3 post per page and to see the first post you need to press 330 Times on "Older Entries" And it's a lot of clicks.
   how can i insert numbers in the bottom of my page??? To quickly jump to other pages???

   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/ should do the trick =).
