   I have deleted a category and tried to re enter it but can't. I enter the details but nothing shows up. How do I get this category back?

   Check all posts that will now have the uncategorized category, after creating new category, and assign a new cat

   Do you mean the order that your categories are shown in some list, a menu, a widget, the admin dashboard?
