I have 1000's of Products, Is there a way to make my life easier?

Hello, I am using woocommerce and am clearly making an online shop.
Well like I said, I have Thousands of products. I have uploaded all the products via Bulk Photo To Product Plug-in, Which was fantastic.

My issue now is, I have to add a description, price and sale price, add additional photos, and add many, many variations, for every, single, product. 🙁

So obviously this is an issue, If I work my butt off for a month+ it will finally be done, but I don’t have the patience for that.

So if ANYONE knows ANY way that will make this a bit easier for me it would be greatly appreciated!!

Also, I was wondering is it possible to add a generic description to all my product pages via css?
