I installed and activated the 'Portfolio Slideshow' plugin. I followed the steps but when I view my post, it displays all the images at once instead inside a nice slideshow.
What am I doing wrong?

I need a link to tell you for sure. It could be a conflicting theme or plugin or you could be using it incorrectly.
One thing that gets people sometimes: you don't need to insert the photos into the post. Just upload the images, save your changes, and put the shortcode in the post where you want the slideshow to be.

I did the things you said but without result
I don't know if it makes a differencebut I use wordpress 3.03
It looks like your footer is missing the wp_footer function. Add that back in and you should be working.

It works! Thanks, I dont't think I could have come up with this.
Remarkable that it didn't bother any other plugin though.
Glad it was that simple! Yeah, not all plugins use that function - it's for including scripts & code at the bottom of the page. For example, Analytics or other jQuery plugins might use it. Typically you should load scripts at the bottom of the page if you can, so that's where I put mine.
Cheers,

Ah, ok. Thanks again!
