I don't want WPTouch to reveal my email address (6 posts)

I just installed WPtouch and played around at my site using my iPhone4. It shows an envelope to be able to email the site. When I clicked on it, it showed my email address. I don't want to make that public! How can I remove or edit that feature?

The link triggers the mail app on your phone. When you click the envelope icon, a pop-up asks if you want to email the displayed url. Where are you seeing your email address?

    After to:

It opens the mail app I use. It shows the standard NEW MESSAGE configuration. My email address is there.

How can I make it more like a contact page?

The free version of WPtouch is not customizable beyond what's available in its admin panel. If you'd prefer to use a contact form plugin with your site, you may hide that email icon by adding the following to the Stats and Custom Code area of WPtouch:
    <style>ul#post-options li a#omail {display: none;}</style>

    Mahalo.
Can you please give me a step-by-step of how to do that?
Where do I find the Stats and Custom Code area of WPtouch?

    Hi Susan,

You can find the Stats & Custom Code field in the "Advertising, Stats & Custom Code" section of the WPtouch admin panel. Here's a screenshot for reference - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/19501220/stats-custom-code.png
