I don't want comments to post until I read them...
I thought if I check 'An administrator must always approve the comment '
the comment would not post...but it does post ...until I delete it..if I have to...
can I change this?

on some themes the admin can see the comment even if not yet approved
to test log out as admin and come to site as normal user

Well, if you have An administrator must always approve the comment checked, probably you have Comment author must have a previously approved comment checked as well, you need to un-check that one.

you'll see that a person and the whole world can see his comment,...........or maybe not..
