   Ok so I know how to work HTML and CSS
   not so much about PHP

   I keep reading tutorials on to make a theme, but i really can't understand.

   what tutorial do you suggest?

   and where can i get a theme for 100-150$ designed the way i want, because i feel like if i cant understand how to make a theme it'll take a long time before i can actually blog and right now, I JUST WANT A BLOG. thanks for the help.

   btw: im making a blog about lady gaga, so no: i cant take any free themes online.
