I don't know why all settings show to a regular user?

    Hi

    I install and everything is go well. I test it with my admin account in my weblog. then I log out and log in again with a new account as a usual user to test it. when I click on the Gear icon on the right corner in below the comment box all settings are show to me (as a regular account)!?!? It’s dangerous for my weblog. I haven’t found any check box or options in Widget section in panel of my wordpress or in my Panel in Disqus website. could you help me to stop this problem?
