I do not have the Plug-in option on the dashboard with the tools and settings. How do I get that? I searched but couldn't find an answer. I know how to add plugins but can't until I get this option added.

Your user account needs to have administrator privileges. Are you logging in with an administrator account?

Probably not since the site was already premade and they just gave me my link to it. I forgot about admin. I am the admin of my other site. I'll try getting in touch with who-ever.
