i deleted the plugin but my website is loading very slowly!

    Hi.
    I found that after 3600 second my website loads again slowly,so i decided to stop using cache plugins!

    What i found is that my website became very slow and takes long time till it loads.

    my question is how to restore the original settings of wordpress which was before i used the cache plugin?
