Hi everybody, I just made a terrible mistake...I think I deleted my account...I just wanted to export all the members registered to our website. I went to members page and found on around Aug 16 there is one registered as "my account name" and the email address is mine (I didn't do that actually). So I did the wrong thing: I deleted it, then I found I was logged out automatically and couldn't log in. It always said the user name is invalid. I know it is because I delete it.....What lucky is our website is still there. What is happening in it? Is there any way to recover that?? Help!!!

What members page? Is this a self-hosted WordPress install or a wordpress.com site?

Posted 9 months ago #I think it is a self-hosted WordPress. There is a e-member page to review or edit people who registered as members.I deleted myself! So I can't log in anymore! What have I done!Help....

Create a new admin user in database (eg, via phpmyadmin). You can then access the back-end and set yourself up again.
