Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.
Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).

Are you using a custom menu? If so, have you deleted that item from your menu?

Posted 6 months ago #not sure what you mean by that Esmi, I'm using a standard WordPress theme (Matala), no customisation. And I had 4 pages. decided I didn't need 'reviews' and deleted it in 'pages' - but it still appears there in the header navigation, and gives a 404 error.... :(

Incidentally, you are using a custom menu, so you need to delete the Reviews item from your menu via Appearance -> Menus.
