   I posted in my blog the other day and it was working fine.

   Then I was trying to change the time zone and my eyes were scanning for -8, well I was on the wrong page and I accidentally changed my UTF-8 to UTF-7 in the settings/reading page by mistake.

   It won't change back and now I can't edit posts (changes won't save) and in the compose/edit mode, I can't see any of the tools I usually see in 'visual' mode such as text editing, add a photo, etc.

   I don't know if it's from that, or upgrading to the latest version or what, but something happened and I can't seem to get it back.

   I tried to install a new blog and bring over my settings from export/import feature, but it wont' bring anything past 12/2007.

   I am so stuck and I need help badly.

   I don't mind re-doing my blog by building a new one and importing the previous posts, but it didn't bring over any new posts... just old ones from 2007 and previous. No 2008 or 2009. How can I get those to move over. I'm not a techy as you can see.
