I think you need to navigate to a different place, I've just installed to but I went to the following...
yoursitename.com/wordpress/
Try that, it should work.

Oh I know why now, what is the folder called with all your files from WordPress in?
So say you have all your files in the root folder of your site, go to;
"www.yoursitesname.com" and then it should work, or if it is in a sub folder like;
"www.yoursitesname.com/blog" then go there and it should work.

so i a couple of hours should i go to mysite.netau.net/wordpress ?
If that's where you uploaded your files, you'd go to mysite.netau.net/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

PHP Error Message
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/a3513415/public_html/wordpress/wp-load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/a3513415/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php on line 36
Free Web Hosting"
Can Anybody Help?
Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don't forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

i have the wordpress instal up but it says database problems could not be repaired and said to copy this to the supposrt forums:
wp_users: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_users' doesn't exist
wp_usermeta: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_usermeta' doesn't exist
wp_posts: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_posts' doesn't exist
wp_comments: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_comments' doesn't exist
wp_links: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_links' doesn't exist
wp_options: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_options' doesn't exist
wp_postmeta: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_postmeta' doesn't exist
wp_commentmeta: Table 'a3513415_karlobd.wp_commentmeta' doesn't exist
You may need to manually repair the database.
Access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel), check all of the tables, and choose "Repair tables" from the pull-down menu.

what do you mean ? i could try re-upload wordpress
Sorry, lost my place on what we were doing in this topic. Since this is a new installation, just delete the files and database and try reinstalling everything.

i have it , thanks alot, but one last question , i tried to upload a theme in a .zip and it said: Unable to create directory /home/a3513415/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/10. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
you know what to do?
Set the permissions of /wp-content/uploads/ to 777.
