   In the Firefox... both site is O.K. No problem.. just IE has problem.

   I saw garbage in both firefox (bunch of question marks) and IE (bunch of squares). Probably because I dont have the language installed. But it looks consistent in both browser

   Same here. Have you tried clearing your brower's cache?

   I checked encode...and I find the solution..
   my IE have read the page "euc-kr". but that page made by "utf-8"
   But here..
   I have tag..
   <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
   why IE have not read the page by "utf-8" ?
