    I want to make changes to the settings of simplified social sharing but when I go to settings it requires a login access. I registered to loginradius and tried logging in but the only thing happens is an animated circle that says this may take a few minutes but it's been an hour and still can't login to change some settings. I love this plugin and I don't wanna replace it just because of login problems.

    Hi Ralfian

    Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:-
    1. Open "wp-content/plugins/simplified-social-share/LoginRadius_admin.php" (located in your WordPress website root folder) in your favorite code editor.
    2. Search following code:-

    success: function(data, textStatus, XMLHttpRequest){

    3. Above code is occurring twice in the file. Place the following code after the first one (around line no. 207):-

    alert(JSON.stringify(data));
    4. Save the file back. Replace existing file, if prompted.

    5. Navigate to LoginRadius page in your WordPress admin panel.
    6. Login or register. A Javascript alert message will appear. Copy this (press ctrl + c) and let us know what this message says.
    7. Open your browser console (press ctrl + shift + j in Google Chrome and Firefox) and let us know the errors (displayed in red).
    8. Remove the code placed in the step 3 and save the file.

    Hope this helps!
