Every time that I try and log into my dashboard, a window pops up saying I need to download a php script, or a 404 page pops up, or a connection error pops up. My hosting site cannot help me, and now I am completely lost. Someone please help me. Please.

1. When you're prompted to download a php script, what is the full message?
2. When you get a connection error, what is the full and exact error message?
