   Whenever I try to import from my .xml file, it gets to the "assigning the author to my admin" step. I click continue, then I wait, and it gives me "Fatal error: maximum exception time exceeded" on a random file in my wp-includes or wp-admin folder on a random line.

   I have no idea what the problem is. Any help?
