I have a theme by jason Golod called adsence ready.when i go to the editor to make a couple changes to it at the bottom it says if this file was write abile you could edit it Duh!
I tried everyone of the themes that came with wordpress and all are the same i cant edit any of them i am loged in as admin .any help would be greatly appreciated the blog url is http://www.world-ads.net.wp1/

Hi,
You need to change the file permissions for the theme to so that it can be writable by WordPress. you can do that with your FTP client.

OK - I am experiencing the same problem. So how exactly do you "change the file permissions"? Is that some setting on the server? Is it a setting within wordpress? Details please....Thanks!

do you have access to FTP files on your server? if you do then this is easier to answer

Would you mind telling "everyone" what was wrong, how you solved this "problem/issue" please?
There might be many others, that stumble onto this thread later.. searching for the same possible answers, to the same possible "problem/issue".. ;)
