    Hi.

In my new WordPress install (from my old backup) I've re-installed the wordpress-backup-to-dropbox plugin but when I want to get back the ZIP Premium Extension obtain this message:

There was an error installing your premium extension - Archivio non compatibile. (Archive not compatible or something else).

I've change my hosting but the domain is the same when I bought the license of the Premium Extension.

    Can anoyone help me?

    Alex.

    Gday Alex,

Please ensure that WordPress can write to the 'wp-content/plugins/wordpress-backup-to-dropbox/Extensions' directory.

If you have tried this a few times and get a "Installation limited" message please get back to me and I will increase it for you.

    Cheers,
    Mikey

    Thank's Michael.

I've tried to put the chemod to 0777 for the dir you have mentioned, but the result was the same.

Could be something with php extensions?

    Alex.

There's any logs I can inspect? On the Apache's logs there's nothing regarding this problem.

I've tried to delete the plugin, reinstall the version 1.3 and get back the ZIP extension but the message is the same

There was an error installing your premium extension - Archivio non compatibile.

In the Classes/class-wp-backup-extension-manager.php when plugin try to download the extension this is the $download_file variable content:

    /tmp/downloadkeyc7d97d59e0af29b2b2aa3ca17c695f96nameZip+backupsitehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.tmp

It is not also a problem with /tmp dir because I change the temp dir for WordPress but the result don't change.

Now the $download_file variable content is:

    /var/www/vhosts/european-officials.eu/tmp/downloadkeyc7d97d59e0af29b2b2aa3ca17c695f96nameZip+backupsitehttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.tmp

    Hey Alex,

This is the first I have heard if this issue. I am assuming the zip is being corrupted during the download somehow.

What version of PHP and cURL are you using?

    Cheers,
    Mikey

Do you have any issues or have to do anything special when installing extensions?

    Hi Michael.

The problem for me is solved. I haven't made nothing but this morning I had get the zip extension (release 1.4.3).
Also after updating plugin to 1.5 I installed the zip extension.

    Thank's a lot,
    Alex.
