SOLVED: php.ini –> disable_functions –> scandir

Here’s a more detailed ‘How I fix it’ path:
STEP 1: Google ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’ and find this: Solved …
STEP 2: Follow the answer change wp-config.php -> define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
STEP 3: Login and see the debug info on top of the page. screen shot here
STEP 4: enable scandir
