Hello,
If I try to make a new post:
http://www.site.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
All looks okay.
That is until I hit save and then I am sent to:
http://www.site.com/wp-admin/post.php
Which is blank. No text. Nothing.
If someone could help me with this, I'd
be grateful!

given the title you gave the post, "I can't create new posts or edit old ones - even after upgrading to 2.5" ... did you have problems before you upgraded? Can you identify a point at which they started>? LIke, say, a new plugin that might be conflicting with another one?
Which other pages in the admin area aren't working?

This was happening before I upgraded. I assumed upgrading might fix the problem.
I did not, that I remember, change anything. Add plug-ins, or do much of anything except maybe add a few comments.
Otherwise, everything else in the admin area seemed to work fine.
Another blog of mine, on the same server, was attacked. Meaning,
someone seemed to gain access to the then editable Theme Editor and added links to .ru sites and google ads. I cleaned that blog up, locked all theme pages, and checked the one in question. I didn't see anything suspicious, but double checked that it too was locked down.
That's the only thing that comes to mind.

I have the same thing happening. I was on WP 2.0.3 and the only thing I did after making my last sucessful post was a small sidebar update, nothing unusual or that I haven't done before. Then today I go to post and I get exactly what Jon described above. Figured I should upgrade to WP 2.5, which I have now done sucessfully.....and I still can't post. My situation sounds exactly like Jon's.
I've tried calling up the default template, which works fine, but the posting problem persists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh and a few more things. Before I upgraded I couldn't save drafts of posts. With WP 2.5 I can now save drafts. I am unable to change a post from private to public, I get the same blank screen that I get when trying to make a post.
Argh!
