   Well I did create a new menu but I can't add any items to it. Please, I need Help!

   Hey elpuyol,

   It is probably because of Javascript errors.
   Try to deactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin causes the Javascript error.

   Hi Elpuyol,

   Do you have WP 3.3 installed? There are some JS issues in this release that have been announced on the wp-forums e-mail list. These issues should be fixed soon in the next 3.3.1 release, but if you can't wait that long, there's a plugin called Hotfix by Mark Jaquith that allows to install patches and fixes before they are officially released by WP.
