I cant configure my widgets

    I used to be able to configure my sidebar widgets. Now when I click on widgets, the sidebar isnt there, its all missing? but my website is still functioning with the sidebars that I did, but I cant access in appearances in my back office. What happened?

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
