Hi, I've not been able to add any widget to my sidebar following an upgrade of my theme. It's at
http://beinsocialmedia.com/wp-admin/
I've searched throught this forum and it seems my widgets are 'stuck' in the previous theme. These are the most important widgets to use, such as 'text' and 'custom menu' that I simply have to access. Could you please help me with this? I'm not a programmer at all. Is it possible for you to do it? (I'm assuming a staff will read this post)
Thank you so much! Ivana

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Hi Esmi, thank you. The problems are the plugins that came with the theme, not the ones I installed. Can a member of your team please take a look at it? I won't be able to sort this out myself. Regards, Ivana
Sorry - there is no support team. These forums are staffed by volunteers. If you cannot manage this yourself, you may want to consider hiring someone.
