I can't add a post in my own blog!

Help! I have done it now… I was trying to find a plugin that would allow me to restrict access to contributors, allow them to submit posts and products but not activate them. Not only was I unsuccessful, but now the Dashboard no longer gives me the option of adding a post!

How can I at least regain that capability? I am still listed as the admin…
