   Hello,

   I am starting out with wordpress and I have not been able to find installation info that solves my problem. I am trying to access install.php but i can;t. It has been uploaded to my site, but I cannot access it. Any suggestions?

   Are you receiving a 403, or how can you not access it? Make sure you have uploaded it with the proper CHMOD permissions and that you are not restricted somehow in .htaccess.

   I am having the same issues with he install.php. I have posted a separate topic too. Just comes up with

   HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
   Internet Information Services (IIS)

   what directory was it upoaded into?

   I am having this same problem. I have a godaddy.com hosting package. Is there any way that could be interfering?
