I just uploaded a new, third party theme to a word press account someone else had made for me that is operating/running mikemunich.com ...

After I installed the theme + clicked activate I started receiving this error message -
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare soundcloud_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/content/39/6872039/html/mikemunich/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/shortcodes/soundcloud.php:39) in /home/content/39/6872039/html/mikemunich/wp-content/themes/soundboard/includes/shortcodes/shortcode-soundcloud.php on line 41

Now, no matter where I go this is the only message I get. At mikemunich.com or mikemunich.com/wp-admin (which is how I operate/run/update the site). I don't know what to do! I'm open to rebuilding me site with this new account but I don't know how ... I'm new to WordPress. And also afraid the same error will happen again + I will then be locked out of TWO accounts.

    Help!!!

Your new theme is conflicting with the Jetpack plugin. FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/themes/soundboard folder. That should activate the default theme and allow you back into your site again.

Thank you for the help ... but I don't understand what any of that means! I bought my domain name with GoDaddy but I don't know who is actually hosting the WordPress site because I did not set it up.

Also, once I am in will I still be able to use this theme? I just need to uninstall the Jetpack plugin?

Your site appears to be hosted by a company called cloudflare.com.

once I am in will I still be able to use this theme?

Only if you uninstall and then delete Jetpack first.

Is there any way I am able to access that without having the login info?

Yes - FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/jetpack plugin.
