I am using wordpress in http://www.technepal.x10.mx . I uninstalled w3 cache plugin because it was showing some sort of error and finally after uninstalling things changed... when i try to open my website it says:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/technepa/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

and when i try to open control panel it says:

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at /home/technepa on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.
  2. Please do not post multiple topics for the same problem. Those duplicates have been deleted.

Can you manually re-upload a fresh copy of WordPress using FTP or cPanel? Make sure you do not overwrite wp-content and do not delete wp-config.php.

cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening.

You need to contact your hosting provider for solving this problem.

it better to download from mysql database? And i think it can be restored even when site is destroyed..

Yes, you may download your database so that you can restore your site. But I don't think that a destroyed (damaged) database can be restored.
