I cannot upload and install ant theme or plugin from my WP dashbpard (1 post)

    After uploading a plugin or theme from my WP dashboard, a error is shown like below.

    Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/searchterms-tagging-2.1.52.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Could not create directory. /home/techgain/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/searchterms-tagging-2.tmp/searchterms-tagging-2

    After this problem I made chmod 777 to my /upgrade folder but still same problem.
    Can any one there to help me?
