By the way, I cleared the cache and history, restarted the computer, it still didn’t work for me.
Hello, zwang. Why don’t you post a link to your website and forum?

However, there are a few things you can check in the first instance:
– Check your phpBB settings, especially cookie settings and script path
– Caching plugins that cache the forum page won’t work (you could show as logged out, or logged in as a different user, and the behaviour can vary across browsers)
– Make sure that phpBB and WP are installed on the same domain
– If you have user integration turned on, then turn on debugging in WP-United’s options.php. It will tell you what’s going on.

Hi nata-lee and jhong, thanks a lot for your help!
I currently have a bit trouble with my domain, but anyway my WordPress is in
http://www.example.com (/home/www/example.com/public_html)
and phpBB is in
http://forums.example.com (/home/www/forums/public_html)
The cookie domain in phpBB is set to: .example.com
Is that alright?
Thank you very much!!

Hi,
Sorry I just checked — it’s been a while. Subdomains should be supported, but it is a new feature that has received very limited testing.
To be honest I can’t help much further without seeing the real settings from the “Get Help” section in WP-United. There is a tool there that obfuscates them if you like, so please post them.

No worries mate, thanks very much for your help!
I just moved the forum to http://www.example.com/forums and everything works alright.
Cheers!

Which is the right version for WP and phpBB?
